We endeavour to source fresh/local ingredients for all our meals.  Our meat is processed by Aireys of Ayside, 3 miles away.  Fresh vegetables and groceries are supplied by McClures  Fish and game is supplied by Jamie at Lakeland Fish and Game.

The beer selection - we have used over 200 guest ales on our six hand pull pumps: Yates Bitter, Timothy Taylor Landlord, Draught Bass, Highgate Dark Mild etc. On a regular basis we have Black Sheep Bitter, Jennings Cumberland and Coniston Bluebird, which leaves three pumps for guest ales.
